Rules at a glance

Original Dune: Imperium. Solo and two-player games use House Hagal; Uprising is a separate game.

Your goal

Have the most victory points after a round ends with someone at ten points or the conflict deck exhausted, including end-game intrigue cards.

The flow of play

  1. Play a card to send an agent to a matching board space and resolve its action

  2. When finished sending agents, reveal your remaining cards for persuasion, combat strength and other effects

  3. Resolve combat, collect makers’ spice and recall agents; check for the end of the game

A quick introduction to the base game. Use your edition’s rulebook for full setup, card effects and exceptions.
