Have the most prestige after someone reaches 15 points and the current round finishes.

The flow of play

  1. Take three different gem colors, take two of one color when allowed, reserve a card, or buy a development

  2. Use development bonuses to reduce purchase costs and attract at most one eligible noble at turn end

  3. Keep no more than ten tokens at turn end and finish the round when someone reaches 15 prestige
